This stuff tastes so good! I make a hot tea with it. It’s my fault for not reading thorougly, I guess I just assumed it disolved. It’s not that the sediment in the bottom of the cup was bad. I just wasn’t expecting it. So, the title of this review is for others who might be wondering.
I mostly drink it straight, but on occasion I’ll put in a little honey. Either way it’s very tasty.

I used this with goldenseal root powder. Made a paste put on my feet then wrapped in plastic bags.then wrapped feet in heat pad. Why? Well my feet hurt all the time but more so after walking a lot. Left on for about 20m. Did it work, some. It’s messy, and you have to wear gloves and it takes a few days for feet not to be stained yellow.

I love the concept, but this doesn’t really dissolve, so you’re left with grain or grit at the bottom of your cup.

Tastes really great as a tea, I hope to have us drink it more regularly to keep our immune defenses up. There is quite a bit of product for the price and think it should last my family of 6 the flu season. The powder looks the right color and seems like a good consistency and quality. It easily dissolved in hot water which is exactly what I need!

Kids love it mixed in their yogurt parfaits. Easy to get some extra immune system goodness. One of my kids hates taking capsules, so powder form is perfect. Tastes sweet and smells amazing. My husband likes it in his hot tea as well. Price is a little high.
