This is a simple-to-take daily sleep support powder. You only need one small scoop, and it blends easily with water and other liquids. I like to drink it with warm water before bed. The flavor is subtle and natural. I haven’t experienced any negative effects from taking this supplement. I definitely recommend this product!

Magnesium works for me.
If I take the citrate form, which this formula has, it works… well, how most magnesium works in keeping digestion moving out of the bod if that makes sense. Other forms supposedly work in different ways, such as taurate supporting the heart, threonate supporting the brain, and glycinate supporting sleep.
Gluconate is a form similar to the latter, but it is not commonly used. Supposedly, it is more bioavailable. The problem is you don’t know how much of this formula is the cheap citrate form, versus a form which might be worth paying more for. Though gluconate can be found cheaply also.
I am leery of paying $30 for a magnesium supplement which has zero information on where it is manufactured, if third party lab testing is done, where the ingredients are sourced, etc. This claims on the label it is tested for heavy metals-but is it tested for purity, mold, etc.?
The taste of this is fine and mixes in anything you want to put it in easily. Did I sleep better? Maybe slightly more soundly. But again, I could easily substitute my normal magnesium supplement to get the same result. I didn’t quite find this compelling enough to pay the extra amount, or switch over.

I take half the dosage because personally I find that magnesium supplements providing more than 50% give me a headache and trouble sleeping, so I didn’t risk it since this one provides 74%. Half a dosage is fine for me.
The taste is good and it mixes easily. I like the addition of prebiotics.

Discovering this powder form of the mixture, which is usually available as gummies, was a pleasant surprise. It has a standard formula with a few variations. I appreciate that this formulation has been tested for heavy metals and other harmful additives. The mixture dissolves easily in water when mixed properly, leaving no grainy particles behind. I enjoy the simple, light taste; it’s both enjoyable and drinkable. This mixture helps me feel calmer and has significantly improved my sleep quality. The price is reasonable for the quality, so I would definitely buy more.

What can I say besides it works! I’ve been using this for a couple weeks now and along with its efficacy for what my magnesium needs are it has helped my anxiety keeps me steady during the day and it actually tastes good especially so if you’re able to mix it with some sort of Fruit juice. However, you decide to incorporated into your daily routine. I highly suggest that you do give it a go for a couple of weeks and see how you feel.

I can’t emphasis enough how nice it is to find a “powder form” of ingredients I already take, but in a capsule form or perhaps some take in gummies these days. It just keeps you from getting in a rut I think…at least for me.
It’s a simple, tried & true formula, with some slight variations. The difference comes in whether you use ‘organic’ or not. I do…so it’s great. It also has been tested for heavy metals…another plus. And it is in quality forms & levels I respect. I assume all of this is true because, though it’s lacking the ‘seals’, they’ve created a really decent formulation that I can’t amagine they want to mess up. Even their ‘other ingredients’ are not fillers or junk. They care!
It disolves easily in water with a constant good stirring. The taste is a light & slightly ,pomegranate
sweetness. It’s easy to get down.
I definately feel relaxed after drinking it, but had to shift to taking it 1 hour before bed before I started sleeping better. Sleep can be effected by so many variables, so it is a challenge, but well worth the effort to connect the dots. This mix is a DOT!
The price is decent for the quality of this formulation. I’d buy it again!!

I had high hopes for this product to help with my sleep. Unfortunately, I’ve been taking it for a couple weeks now every day and noticed no difference.
