Magnesium Complex, Magnesium Glycinate, Citrate, Malate, Oxide, Gluconate with Zinc and Vitamin D3, Magnesium Supplement for Muscle, Nerve, Heart, Bone Support, High Absorption, 90 Tablets. Good mix of all the types of magnesium available. I wasn’t sure which ones would be best after research. I was using a combination Magnesium Calcium Zinc Vit D supplement until I found out that I shouldn’t take the Magnesium with Calcium because it affects it’s absorption. So with this one I feel like I’m getting all the different benefits. I like that this one still includes Zinc and Vitamin D. Fairly easy to swallow although I prefer capsules or oblong shaped tablets. Made in the USA, sealed, and no broken pieces in the bottle.

I waited to review these supplements as I wanted to take them awhile before offering an opinion. I wanted a Magnesium supplement that contained around 200mg, which these did, in addition to Zinc and Vitamin D which were definite pluses. The pills are small so less to worry about in swallowing and they don’t seem to upset my stomach. In the time I have been taking them I have noticed an improvement in my sleep quality which is always a good thing. Overall based on the ingredients it appears to be a good product and the two bottles came very well packaged which adds another level of confidence.

HEIVY Magnesium Complex has five forms of magnesium, zinc and vitamin D3. It is manufactured in a cGMP facility, lab tested and gluten free. You get a three months supply which make the cost OK. I’ve taken Magnesium for years and enjoy it’s benefits.

So surprised that this was on Vine. It’s pretty high quality. It has some great vitamins that work really well together. A lot of people don’t know this but a healthy nervous system is critical to the digestive system. I’m taking magnesium because it is very good for intestinal motility. Your autonomic nervous system is responsible for, among other things, your digestive tract. I have MS so my hypothalamus is pretty compromised, thus my ANS is pretty shot. I love that this formula includes vitamin D (great for your nervous system ) and magnesium (great for your intestines). I like that it’s made in the US. I love that I got two bottles. Definitely recommend this
