These have a very good yield of the important omegas, however my pills got all stuck together in the bottle. And not just stuck needed to be jostled around, they were basically glued together, and really hard to get any pills out.

These softgels were very easy to swallow. i did not have an aftertaste, but I always take my vitamins just before going to bed. I would have expected some were it not for that. They did not upset my stomach.

This bottle of, “Daily Omega” softgels from Twinlab contains 30 soft-gels, with each serving being 1 soft-gel, so 30 servings per bottle. From the looks of things as described on the bottle, this appears to be fish oil is of good quality. Each 1 soft-gel serving contains 800mg of Omega-3 Fatty Acids, with 500mg of it being EPA, 250mg of it being DHA, and 50mg being Other Omega-3. The suggested serving is to take 1 soft-gel daily with a meal and to keep the bottle tightly closed and in a cool, dry place.
Twinlab is a supplement brand that has been around for a long time and these Omega-3 soft-gels are of the quality I’ve come to expect from Twinlab. These Soft-gels are of typical size for fish oil soft-gels and I found them easy to swallow. The soft-gels also digest well, I didn’t encounter fishy burps or anything. So far, so good. No complaints, I got what I expected.

I like Twinlab, and this is the first time it’s happened with them, but all my gel caps were glommed together into one big blob. I was able to pry nine of them apart, but the rest I can’t get out of the bottle.
UPDATE: With enough prying the gel caps and banging the bottle against my palm, I was eventually able to get enough separated that I could get the rest out and pull them apart.
The bottle comes about 25% full, which is one of my pet peeves. If used as directed it will last one month. I would rather get two months’ worth or have a smaller bottle.
The expiration date on mine is Jul 2025, so a little more than a year from now.
There is a light scent to the gel caps. It’s not great but not bad, and it’s not fishy at all. I don’t notice a taste, and even though they are larger than normal capsules they’re easy to swallow with water.
I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This one says Made in the USA (“with select ingredients from around the world” – I would like to know from where)
I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I like the breakdown of ingredients in this one, and the company is established, which I see less and less of lately.

I always look into the company and did the same for these Twinlab Daily Omega Softgels. It appears reputable and known — also made in the U.S. which is a plus. I enjoy getting the extra benefit of fish oil. These are large, but all fish oil are in my experience. They are easy to swallow, as they are smooth. Some stuck together a bit, but it really was not a big deal to pull them apart.

I think I’d say overall I really liked this formulation of fish oil. The blend/balance was one that pretty closely matched what I was aiming for. Size was average, liked that the serving was one a day (could go higher). Twinlab is a familiar brand for me, I’ve trusted them for awhile. I think the only downside with these was that …like others, my caps were fused together, and in order to actually make my way through I sort of had to manually pry them apart, which was often a challenging endeavor. That said it was also kind of fun, gratifying in a kind of peeling the plastic off of new electronics kind of way, bit of stress relief. Probably not what people are going for taking an omega supplement, but it didn’t really upset me.
They sat well with me, no adverse side effects/issues. Overall think it’s a quality product, might just need to figure out the fusing gel caps thing.
