Bought these for the Keto burn!! They raised my metabolism and I could feel it work quite fast. Not sure of the long term benefit, but they do feel like they work good. Looking forward to working through the bottle.

I’ve definitely tried my share of keto-related and energy products over the years, and I have to say this is one of my favorites so far. It’s especially been a fantastic addition to my morning workout routine. It kicks in quickly, wakes me up, and gets me into the right head space to be active. It also powers me all the way through my workout with plenty of enthusiasm.
It leaves me with enough focus to launch right into work after my workout is done, as well. Generally speaking, this supplement leaves me feeling great, especially in comparison to other products. I’m never jittery or anxious. My stomach doesn’t get upset. I just feel energetic, upbeat, and nourished. My only real complaint is that it’s a little pricey but worthwhile if you can swing it. Terrific product!

More convenient that trying to take pills PLUS taking liquid ACV, and no noticeable taste or smell. I can’t speak as to the efficaciousness of the pills, directly, because I’ve been taking on or another version of these for months now; I seem to gain benefits from them, but, from what I can see, the different ‘versions’ from this same manufacturer seem to all be the same mix — kind of like a headache pill that has a migraine form, and an extra strength version… both of which are identical, except for the container.
That said, again, I seem to be getting good results, so they deserve the benefit of the doubt for being the cause.

Take 1-2 pills 30 min before eating and you should theoretically burn more fat. Does it work? It is hard to say, but there are no side effects that I can tell so I will keep using it and seeing if I get some results.

All of the daily value percentages of these are below recommended daily limits. So what makes this a good Keto choice? other than 100% of folate. Apple Cider Vinegar is part of a proprietary blend and is the included magnesium. Thus, almost impossible to compare to others. The cost is $1.04 daily per serving.
