They seem to work alright. They smell like the bottle return, if you can get past that, they taste okay. Not great.

I really like this blend and it’s a great addition for my family’s daily needs. I’m happy that there’s no sugars added either! That’s big for me. The taste is really good and sort of has a mellow undertone, almost like a more amber honey flavor. I definitely would recommend these to a friend!

These supplements were easy to chew and digest for me. I had zero trouble opening up the package and removing the seal.
Even though they didn’t have sugar in them, they were on the sweet side, most likely because of Xyiltol and Erythritol.
If I notice I have more energy after eating these for awhile, I will update this review.

Have to admit that the main draw of these Shilajit gummies is the bright golden color as well as the cube shape, both of which are rather unusual among so many other products with similar ingredients. Also like the packaging – I am partial to the straight cylindrical shaped bottles which can be reused. All that stylistic aspects of these gummies aside, I do also like the blend of Shilajit, sea moss, ashwagandha, burdock and black seed oil all of which provide important health benefits. I do wonder how a Shilajit and sea moss supplement can be so light colored since both of these ingredients are naturally dark colored but the gummies taste good – honey is also a less common flavor – and hopefully regardless of the color the ingredients are there to work the wonders they are supposed to. The product is fresh – with an expiration date of 12/26 – but they will be long gone before then.

Shilajit is a fantastic supplement, it is so helpful in aging well, and vitality. But beware that Ashwagandha can cause severe depression in some people. So take this sparingly if you have not previously taken Ashwagandha. If you have, and are a non responder, you should be good to go. Ashwagandha does not cause me to have depression, it simply helps me rest well, but one of my children is not so fortunate.
These gummies taste great, for a supplement. There is a spicy hint of the shilajit. But Shilajit typically tastes terrible, so that slight spicy taste is a welcome compromise.
