I’ve been taking Fish Oil Supplements for several years to help with my cholesterol levels with good success. However I’ve experienced that some brands have a funny taste and my cause “fish burps” after the fact. I didn’t have a problem with either of these issues using this product, which is a big plus. The price point is in the general range of what I’ve found for other products. So I must conclude that this Fish Oil Supplement is a good alternative brand to use. Consider the neutral taste and lack of “fish burps” an added bonus.

The key things here are that this is a big gel cap that’s easy to swallow and there’s no fishy aftertaste or burp. For me that’s all I need to know for a product like this. Other omega-3 products have me belching fish all day. Blech!

These are 1 inch long capsules. They look imposing at first, but they are easy to swallow. My stomach handles this without any problem, and it hasn’t caused any adverse side effects. I’m not experiencing any fishy aftertaste. I like my supplements to be “pure”– in other words, I don’t like it if there are other added ingredients. There are many products sold on Amazon that contain added vitamins or herbal products. If you’re looking for the expiration date, check the bottom of the bottle rather than the label. This is made in Canada, which I prefer to products coming from China.

It’s false advertising to claim these pills are “burp-free.” They definitely are not. I tried them for 2 weeks, but I couldn’t stand the aftertaste and threw them away.

I’m really not sure what I should think of this product. First you have to take 2 capsules per day and they contain 1000 mg Fish oil (anchovy), and only 400 mg EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) & 200 mg DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid). This is quite low as minimum 500 and 300 mg are recommended. And great brand only have you take 1 capsule.
I’m very worried about the California Proposition 65 warning and the manufacturer saying that it has low levels of contaminants and heavy metals without providing any 3rd party laboratory analysis or explanation.
On the plus side is to say that it is made in Canada.

This Canadian supplement is the purest form of fish oil that I have ever found. Keep in mind that the reason why other companies have to use enteric coating is because their fish oil has gone rancid and they don’t want you to taste it so their fish oil capsules open in your intestines. Take the pure route and buy this brand!
