I use collagen powder daily in my smoothie. I find it helps my hair and nail growth, skin, joints, and gut health which is great because I have four auto immune conditions. I like the blend of this and that it includes Multivitamins, Hyaluronic Acid & Biotin. I found it to be tasteless, and it mixed very well with my smoothie. No residue left in the blender. And, I love that it’s made in the USA…at least I hope that is what it means when it says “Country of Origin: USA”
I’m impressed by the five different types of collagen in this formula, and how they each address something specific.
I removed one star because I did not see anywhere in the listing that this powder contains fish and egg. I found this out once I received the product and saw it on the label. I tend to have reactions to egg, so I will continue to use this very sparingly but will have to stop if anything gets bad.

I like this powder quite a bit overall. It’s a good variety of different collagen types, which is nice, and it dissolves instantly in my morning coffee, with no funky residue or grittiness. I’m generally quite pleased with it. The only knock is that the container is a bit on the small side for the price. Still, you could do a lot worse than this for sure. Good stuff.
