I’ve taken this for about a month and have been pleased with the immune support benefits. The taste is quite strong, so I follow it with juice or something sweet to mask the flavor.

Black seed oil has been around for centuries and is very popular in Europe and the Middle East where its unique overall benefits were first established. I was visiting my family a few months back and was introduced to this product by physicians in my family.
The only issue I have with this particular brand is that it has a very strong odor unlike the one I tried. There are several manufacturers of pure oil. However I’m not certain which one is “actually” pure or even close to it. I’m going to try something different next time. Some of the vendors appear to be legitimate.

They are right, is smells and tastes awful. It is worth the smell and taste just to feel so much better. My joints are bad, and by the time I would get home from work, I couldn’t do anything but sit in my recliner and watch television. I took a dose on Thursday evening, and another the next morning before I went to work. Just two doses, and when I got home from work, I told my wife I felt so good if I wasn’t on call, we would go to a ball game. This stuff has made me feel like doing something when I get off of work. Also my wife is diabetic and her blood sugar has gone down some. We have been taking it for a little over two weeks.

Very good. Used as Dietary supplement, like Vitamins for family. It does appear to boost our immune system. Take it with honey.

I recently started taking 2 teaspoons of black seed oil (North American Herb & Spice) daily for my allergies. It is too soon to know if it is helping my sinuses, but I can say this: It is making my hair really shiny and soft. I’ve been getting compliments right and left, and my mother said it hasn’t looked this shiny and silky since I was a teenager (I’m almost 40). There are so many health and cosmetic benefits to black seed oil, I’ll be taking it forever!
