The texture could be better, though. It’s a bit chalky and gets all over your fingers. I wish they had used a more insulated capsule to prevent that. But once you get past that, the rest of this supplement is great. I use it with my other supplements, and it helps balance the energy aspect of those with its anti-anxiety properties. It’s not like a huge chill pill, but I definitely feel a better balance. It might even improve the longer I take it, but right now, I’d say it has some level of effectiveness. You get 240 doses here, so the value is excellent, and you’ll need to restock for almost a year. I didn’t notice a taste from this supplement. Overall, I definitely recommend this as an option for anyone looking to try this supplement out.

I use L-Tyrosine to reduce fatigue and assist with mental alertness. I ordered this product in hopes that the quality and affordability would be on point. I take a capsule 2 x daily on an empty stomach. Since I began taking it, my brain fog has been eliminated.
Upon receiving the product, the shipping package had tire marks and was ripped on the corner. The product package was fine, but a few capsules were smashed. I chose not to return it as it could very well have been the shipping company who damaged it and the product packaging was still intact.
Overall, I am pleased with this product and will continue to purchase this supplement.

I was a little hesitant to order supplements that required a resealable bag since some bags don’t seal back up. This bag is great!! Seals up every time so no air is penetrating the capsules. I love the Tyrosine for it’s mental clarity. I take two every morning on an empty stomach.

These contain Bovine Gelatin. I usually read ingredients very thoroughly however you have to click under “Additional Details” to see this contains Beef Gelatin. Most supplements list ingredients more obviously. I.e the product photos. It would be best if this was noted on the product photos. Unfortunately I must return.

I’ve been taking two of these every morning on an empty stomach with DHA Omega 3’s thirty minutes to two hours before breakfast and it has been helping me with focus, fast and effective reading and a good nights sleep. I’ve used other brand names before but i’m going to stick to this one because you can actually feel the difference when you take it.
