I have been using for a couple of months and have noticed that my skin has been completely clear, even through those days of the month. I have not changed anything else in my diet/supplements so I know it is this product. AMAZING! It helps me with my menstrual cramps quite a bit as well.

Wonderful plant source of Omega 3,6,9 EFA Complex. Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) and gamma lipoic acid (GLA) source with no fish burps or after taste. Great product and easy to swallow, but a bit large in size. Still, it doesn’t get stuck when I take one it by itself.

I was looking for something to help the inflammation in the joints of my hands, and had read that Flax Seed Oil helped many, so I decided to try this product, since I have taken Primrose Oil for several years.
I’m not a medical advisor, and so cannot say this will work for everyone, but they are natural (no side-effects), and this product has helped me very much. And compared to the price of one suggestion from a Dr, this is a much better choice to try

I ordered these through subscribe and save as my digestive disease doctor thought I should take 2 flax seed oil tablets twice a day. I got a better price on these than I did when I bought Nature’s Bounty in grocery store on sale. The look identical and amount of flax seed oil is the same.

Have done many price and quantity searches in stores and online. This combo of flax seed and (evening) primrose oil, in this quantity and strength beats every other source and price I’ve been able to find. I do check around every year or so to make sure this still stands true, and so far so good.
