I purchased Yuve Vegan Zinc primarily to help clear my complexion. I just recently turned 43 and am still having difficulty keeping my skin from breaking out. It’s become really frustrating and the dermatologist gets to be kinda expensive. I read that zinc could be helpful in maintaining healthy skin, not to mention the immunity benefits. I figured I’d give it a try and after researching several brands, I settled on Yuve. Best decision I could have made! Not only is it a vegan vitamin, but it’s gentle on even my sensitive stomach. I started having hormonal imbalance issues… i researched that taking zinc is one of the supplements that can help with that. I didnt want to turn to medication quite yet… i added this to my daily vitamins almost 2yrs ago and i swear that it helped along with my cortisol support and magnesium stearate. This supplement has completely cured my cystic acne of 30 years!!! It has not upset my stomach once which is what I got with 30 mg tabs and this is 50! Also, it’s easy to swallow and no taste in your throat as it goes down. This is a miracle. I also suffer from endometriosis and read that zinc can help with cramps. This was my first cycle on zinc and I was shocked that I my cramps were 50-75% less intense and frequent than usual. Most months I am in so much pain I am pacing the floors. This month was easy!!! I was hesitant to pay this much for zinc as it’s so cheap in the stores, but this is absolutely worth it!! Hoping it will help through flu season too!

How does one really know if a zinc supplement is working? I don’t know. I do know that this is easy to swallow, and that the bottle is easy to open (big help to me). And am never sick … and haven’t had a cold in so long that I cannot remember. Maybe I’m just healthy in general? But I am also OLD (78) … and I feel really good.
Sometimes we fly by the seat of our pants and never know what is really and truly working. What can I say?

“I feel like I’m coming down with something!” I said @ work one day and my coworker pops out a bottle of zinc and says – here take two of these real quick- my mom takes two when she feels something coming and it knocks it out.
Took them. Next day back to health!
So I came to Amazon to find a bottle of this secret vitamin.
Honestly bought this brand just for how it was presented. Nice color. Nice presentation. Exact mg I was advised to get.
Fast forward two bottles later. This is my second bottle. And while I bought it to keep handy for those days when I “feel something coming on” it’s become a part of my daily routine especially in these colder months.
Even when things “come for me” I bounce back in a day or two much faster than taking OTC meds. I give them out to anyone who ever utters the words around me “I’m not feeling too well” I’ve encouraged friends to buy and keep Zinc on hand.
Added benefits- acne is… kinda gone.
For some reason when I take zinc regularly my skin is clear. No random breakouts and anything that existed before taking it kinda dried up and disappeared. Didn’t see that coming. Also not sure if it’s completely related but my endurance in the gym is boosted?!

Well was the only Zinc Available durring the Pandemic so that is what I picked up I really don’t notice any effect from most of the supplements i take but in my oppinion Better saft than sorry!
Anyways they have an offer for a free bottle on the one I got went in to get it and

then why put it on the bottle to annoy customers!
