    Not as effective as drinking a beer, but way more effective than not taking anything for sleep. Alcohol isn’t good for sleep anyway.

    Use these all the time to help relax to go to sleep. They seem to work very well. I have always had problems sleeping, so anything that can help is much appreciated.

    I love the natural bitter flavor of natural Hops herbs & so garnish some of my meals with a flavorful sprinkling of them from the capsules & use occasionally for better restful sleep.

    I’ve had chronic sleep problems since I was a teen and am on prescribed medication for my insomnia but it’s still not enough for me to get a whole night of sleep. Hops and valerian root have been the most helpful supplements for me, and I’ve tried every supplement for sleep that was ok to take per a drug interaction checker. I take three of the hops every night and it has definitely had a positive impact on the quality and length of my sleep. Supplements affect everyone differently, though. I recommend checking with your doctor and a drug interaction checker before using any new supplement.

    I started taking Hops flower capsules as a sleep aide. When I take the two suggested I am slightly sleepy into the next day, but still didn’t stay asleep all night. Taking one doesn’t really help me sleep without waking which has been my problem.( waking up every couple of hours). It is supposed to be calming so maybe it will help others who have anxiety. No bad side effects or taste and the capsules aren’t too large to swallow.

    I used to take a valerian/hops/one-more-herb-I-can’t-remember combo from Solaray that was pricey, but really did the trick when it came to relaxation. Then I realized I could take the components of that same pill separately, pay a lot less, and still get that sweet, sweet relaxation. Nature’s Way is a fine company that gives you what you pay for and tries pretty hard not to rip you off. I think their products are decent, and the active properties you’re looking for in the herbs are, well…active! They’ll do what you expect them to. Well worth the price tag!

    works most of time. i take 2 before bed time and i have a easier time falling asleep. sometimes it does nothing
