I’ve tried fish oil supplements several times over the last few years, and could never take them for long as they upset my stomach. These coated capsules are the first I’ve used that haven’t. And, these are the first ones I’ve used where I get noticeable benefits (sense of well being, improved mental function, better sleep, etc.).

Within the first three days, I saw improvement in my concentration and mental sharpness. The pills could very well be considered horse pills, but they’re not hard to swallow and there isn’t an aftertaste. I definitely recommend this item to whoever wants to buy. I take three pills a day and I have no complaints.
