Easy to take!
Tastes good and is not rubbery like some.
Capsules were tasteless, but a bit large. On occasion they got stuck & the inside of the caps was nasty tasting!

I started taking these because I read that berberine helped with elevated blood sugar. I will be getting labs in a few months to compare with my baseline labs to evaluate the effectiveness of this product. I will tell you that my husband also took these and developed severe stomach pains. I told him to stop this product & he had immediate relief. I looked up side effects of berberine and stomach pain is a side effect for some people. Just because something is all natural doesn’t mean there are no side effects. I just want people to know it may not agree with them. The gummies are tasty. If my blood sugar is lowed with these I will continue. Right now, too early to tell.

These gummies are ok, bought to see if would bring my glucose levels down (heard cinnamon would do that), but did not. Probably not the best thing for that since has sugar in them. But the taste of the gummies is good, and was not bad to take them.

Both my son and I love the benefits of berberine, which makes blood sugar level low and stable for people who do keto diet. Also I love the taste and convenience of the sugar free gummy.
