Coated tabs are great (much better than capsules, easier to swallow). These help me sleep.

These magnesium tablets are very good for an excellent price, it has a slightly milk taste and smell, the tablets are somewhat large as you can see in the photo, the expiration date is for 2026 (5 years approximately).
There are some negative comments, they are old defective batch comments that describe a horrible smell or bad taste due to the product being heated since they were exposed to the sun, but they have already solved that problem with Amazon and are arriving in perfect condition with a smell of baby milk (the pills do not contain milk).

I love these things! I am intolerant to many, many foods and as a result, I’m on a very restricted diet. I have had negative reactions to many brands of supplements due to corn, soy, yeast, hidden ingredients, etc. But this product is great and free of those and many more allergens. I’ve been taking this for several months now and I feel much better and healthier than before taking it. It helps to fill some of the gaps in my restricted diet. I take other Now products and trust their labeling and potency. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a good mag citrate supplement. It really works for me!

I use this over the counter product because it is safe taken as directed and is a very reliable way to relax muscles to relieve pain and to sleep well.
