These pills are tiny and easy to swallow. The refillable jar looks gorgeous on my countertop and reminds me to take them every day. More and more research is coming out about the importance of DHA for so many aspects of health that I feel good about this investment in mine. I love how sustainable everything is as well. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a 2023 resolution – start taking your DHA/Omega-3 and consider Orlo brand for high-quality products.

I’m trying these hoping they do the job . They’re taking the place of 2 of my morning pills.. so this is a please God I want to cut down on them.

I had to cancel my subscription because the pills are very hard to swallow. These pills are marketed as small softgels designed to be easier to take than other supplements. However, they are neither small nor soft, and they are far from easy to take. I have much larger pills in my roster that are not as hard to get down.
The size is comparable to an average pill – definitely not smaller – and the gelcaps are quite hard. Not sure how the word “soft” could apply to something with no softness at all.
The shape is particularly problematic. I take many supplements daily and these stand out as the most uncomfortable to swallow. Every single time, the shape seems to catch on my throat, making the experience unpleasant and sometimes even painful.
I love the idea of getting your omegas from algal oil and appreciate the dark glass container but the company really needs to work out a better pill shape. I’d love it if they offered a liquid option with a dropper.
