What I love about this product is the tiny sublingual tablets that dissolve quickly and are potent! Although it does contain acacia gum, a binder/filler, it does not contain xanthan gum (which goes under the names of gellan gum or the name of bacillus coagulan). Consumers allergic to lactose must know this product contains lactose. I will be reordering this product. I trust this brand.

Been using this product several years & for the good price & comfort of sublinguals, at this time it meets my needs. Box was crushed a bit in shipping thru prime but, no harm to product which appears supportive of good immune function. Will continue to purchase @ Amazon.

I can’t even take these as they smell and taste like something dead. Why use lactose in it??? I’ve tried several times to take it but almost throw up everytime! Mine is not expired.

This is great for travel. If you’d rather get your selenium more naturally, try just 2 brazil nuts per day if you find them tasty. The taste on these sublingual tablets is so-so. I use the supplement as a back-up for travel or when I don’t have brazil nuts on hand.

Forget melatonin, echinachea, benedryl….tylenol pm, advil pm……..the selenium is the best sleep aid around. No hangover, no druggy feeling, just a calm restful sleep. And it never wears off, I have been taking it for years and it still works. The sublingual is so great, no waiting for the pill to kick in….just take it, relax and get a better night’s sleep!

We live in an area of the Country where the soils are deficient foe Selenium so our local produce is little to none. We take Selenium daily and it really helps our immune systems! The sublingual tables just melt in your mouth! Great stuff!
