I’ve tried the Dippin Dot Melatonin Gummies. While they are delicious and help me fall asleep, I still find myself waking several times every night.
I was surprised when it was recommended I switch to magnesium. I had all my teeth removed due to a heart condition, and these gummies are soft enough for me to chew comfortably. They don’t really have much of a flavor but I suppose that’s better then tasting bad lol. It’s only been 2 days, but so far, I fall asleep easily (no surprise for me) but I don’t wake up at all until about 30 minutes before my alarm goes off. Maybe its a fluke but I’ll keep taking them and update if something changes.

My husband says if all vitamins could be gummies. Ifyou have problems getting your hubby to take his vitamins . If he likes treats then he’ll love these . Great way to get the magnesium you need .

I purchased these pills because I am having trouble sleeping. I have been eating these chewable pills and they are helping me sleep. They taste like blueberry and so far I have been falling asleep easier they have helped me decently. I recommend the effectiveness is high my sleep quality has improved and they taste good.

These taste good but they are all stuck together. I can’t get them out of the bottle. The bottle was sealed and had the protective foil, but I think moisture got in to the bottle somehow and the gummies stuck together as they dried, forming one giant gummy. I tried pulling them apart and a few came loose but the rest are still stuck together. I won’t be able to use them, so that’s disappointing.
