    Seems to work. I only like the double Vitamin D type and Vitamin A ratio that is from the CLO itself and not synthetic. I only buy this because it seems to meet my expectations and is cheap but I certainly would buy the more qualified expensive type that is not refined. I don’t know how refined this one is but it seems all natural. I don’t like the gelatin capsules so I squeeze out the oil only and take it.

    The quality of the cod liver pills is excellent. What I am concerned is that it arrived in the mail in 90+ weather, so don’t know about the effect of the heat on the product.
