My biggest concern when purchasing this product was that the taste my be unpleasant, but I was happily surprised that it tastes good. Not everyone may find that it tastes *good* but I’m confident most will at least find it palatable enough to take straight without having to bother with dilution. I never needed to take more than one dropper before bed (although the dropper never seems to fill all the way, only most of the way, my only real criticism and one that doesn’t seem to matter) to enjoy the helpful effects. If I had to say whether it helps you more-so to *fall* asleep or to *stay* asleep, I would lean towards stay although I think it helps both. With the addition of this supplement to my other sleep aids I have been able to quit taking benadryl nightly, and am on only natural supplements to combat insomnia.

The only reason I took away a star is because my bottle was not sealed properly (plastic was a little loose) upon arrival & I lost some of the product. Overall though, the product seemed to help me with my energy levels by helping me sleep. Also, I did notice a difference in my mood!

I wanted to give this product a few weeks before providing an honest review, but honestly I could have done so after the first two days! Where do I start? When it comes to taste – it’s delicious! The liquid is not bitter or thick and it smells great 😃 Even better is that I felt the effects within minutes of ingesting! A wonderful sense of calm that lasts for hours without ever making me feel drowsy or sleepy. I keep it in my purse at all times, and will be subscribing so that I always have a bottle handy. Price and quality cannot be beat, and by far a better value than various pills/capsules I’ve tried from other brands. Easily 5 Stars!

I am taking these drops around 3 weeks And I noticed that I feel more relaxed and the quality of my sleep it’s really better. Additionally, the product has a reasonably price. I have used Ashwagandha in the past in capsule form & didn’t notice any effects. This extract seems to work well for me . As one who has anxiety I find this product has a relaxing effect on me. I don’t fell as stressed, I sleep better, and my dreams are more vivid. I like that this extract is organic & alcohol free. It has a sweet, pleasant taste and dosage is easy using the dropper.

I like that it is alcohol free so I used it on my animals. I have an ill rat and the vets have done all that they can do. This seems to be easing her symptoms some as she seems to be more comfortable and relaxed. I will give her one drop at a time.
I have also used the product on myself. The changes come on gradually. I sleep better and and I am more relaxed now. It is definitely worth it. It also has a nice sweet taste. If you hate taking pills this is ideal. You won’t feel drugged or groggy but you will have a deep restful night’s sleep.
