Ok I tried the dissolve in milk option. Too bad it didn’t Dissolve! Used a fork as a whisk and it simply stayed on top and got chunky. I drank it anyway and it was like drinking curdled milk. Thick. Clumpy. Luckily it didn’t taste bad but. Gross.

Just got my Beauty Rest Collagen, so excited to try it!! I could use the extra sleep and healthier skin.
The packaging looks amazing, overall very elegant and shiny. It comes with a decent size scooper which is handy.
I first tried it before bed and then again in the morning. It dissolved easily in my shakers and clean up was super easy. I am glad it does not have added sugar and only 1 gram carb per serving which is nice since I’m on a low carb diet.
It taste like rich high-quality chocolate, could not taste the collagen at all. Major bonus points on taste! It reminded me of eating a fine piece of Belgian chocolate.
I am going to take it twice a day until it runs out, can’t wait to see the results. I will post a follow up review to see how it worked.

I have been trying out a variety of supplements and natural sleep aids as part of my quest to live a healthier lifestyle.
This beauty rest collagen from Health Logics is undoubtably one of my favorites. I drink one scoop in a glass of milk before bed and I feel like get a deeper, more restful sleep. Less tossing and turning and I don’t wake up as groggy as I usually do. After about a week I’m almost certain my skin has started to look healthier as well. Collagen has an array of health benefits so it’s almost a no-brainer.
The product mixes well, I use a shaker bottle whenever I can. I’m always a stickler for taste and they nailed it with this one. Reminds me of the chocolate milk I used to drink as a kid. Blended into a smoothie you’ll hardly notice the flavor. Haven’t tried the powder in a warm beverage yet but I bet that could be good as well. Will definitely be buying again.

It tastes ok, kinda artificial, but what’s most worrisome is that the “non-dairy creamer” ingredients are not broken down at all. The lack of concern for possible allergens is the main reason my review is low. The powder also DOES NOT mix into cold liquids well, especially milk. It turned into lumps and I was unable to thoroughly mix them out. Got most of them but the texture was still awful. HOWEVER, i have slept MUCH better since taking this supplement which is absolutely wonderful.

I tried a couple nights and it took a bit to go to sleep but I felt moody the next day not sure I want to keep trying it. 3 days I took it each day after I was angry for no reason I could explain

This particular collagen sleep powder is different from the other ones I own. Most of the other ones I have tried and use that are designed to be used in the evening before bedtime contain melatonin. I am very sensitive to melatonin and just the slightest amount knocks me out. They are definitely a help to me and I take them regularly but it’s nice to have a collagen drink to drink in the evening that won’t make me drowsy. I don’t have to plan my timing around my bedtime with this. I can drink it and hour or even to before bedtime because it doesn’t bring on sleepiness.
I have really noticed an increase in the quality of my sleep since beginning to drink this. I don’t really notice many noticeable effects after drinking it but I have been staying asleep at night. I usually wake up several times through the night but I have been waking up feeling more rested.
In my opinion, the taste could be improved upon. This doesn’t taste as chocolatey or as flavorful as some of the other collagen powder supplements like it. I found that in order to prepare it to my liking I had to add some cacao powder, milk and a little more sweetener. No biggie, it is easily remedied.

Before purchasing Beauty Rest, I had been taking Magnesium and Glycine supplements. I never know what to expect with combined supplements, but I gotta say I am impressed with this stuff. I wake up feeling more refreshed – like my sleep was more effective – and my knees feel more relieved and less ache-y (they’re pretty beat up from soccer). In terms of the collagen, I’ve noticed my face looks brighter or stronger. I think the magnesium dosage is perfect and I really like the array of amino acids it provides – perfect for sleep and muscle/joint recovery. I also had never taken GABA before, but I read up on it and I will say I do feel calmer overall.
Other comments: I mix it with water before bed and there’s no problem with clotting, like what you get from some powders. Last – and definitely not least – is the flavor. I have the chocolate flavor and it tastes fantastic. I usually have qualms with most protein powder flavors but I have absolutely no problem drinking this. For all of these reasons, plus the convenience of getting a great spread of pre-sleep supplements in one scoop, I will be re-buying this product.

Wow, very glad I purchased Beauty Rest Collagen Powder. I have been looking for a collagen powder that contained beauty ingredients. I have also been having trouble staying asleep through the night, which I know is also causing stress on my skin. Thankfully, this formula had all of those elements combined into one single serving. I also love the packaging, it really caught my eye on Amazon.
I have been mixing the powder at night time in my blender bottle. With a good few shakes, the collagen dissolves easily. I have had some bad experiences with clumpy collagen in the past, thankfully that wasn’t an issue here. It helped me sleep better so far, which I think is from the magnesium. Melatonin gives me nightmares so I am glad it does not have that. It may be too soon to see the skin benefits, but I can tell the collagen is already making my knees feel better in the mornings. I will update this review as I take the whole bottle. Overall, I am very happy!
