    While I do believe in the quality of Solgar supplements, I don’t understand how anyone can get these anywhere near their mouth/nose. What an absolutely horrible odor (like putrid methane!). I can’t even be in the same room when the bottle is open, never mind trying to actually swallow one of these (even though they are small … but the stink is just unbearable!). Do you all know that Brazil nuts are loaded with selenium? Just 2 nuts can meet the daily requirement! Thinking that’s the way to go – at least for me.

    I have been researching Selenium and have decided that my initial purchase of Solgar is the best option.
    For whatever reason you take it, it is best to take 100mcg twice a day. This type is the most absorbable and free of fillers and garbage. It stinks because it’s made from NATURAL stinky stuff. I like that it’s in a glass jar and not poisonous plastic! Can’t beat the price either. Take a low dose of Vitamin E daily as well to help absorb the Selenium.
