I cannot write a complete review because I have just received it recently. It takes time to see the effects of supplements. I like both of these plants and use them in cooking, baking, treats. I hope this supplement contributes to pain and inflammation reduction. It is very pleasant to take.

I have been using this product for over a year and it definatly seems to help with joint pain and swelling.
As I an also on other medications for my bone on bone joint pain, unable to say it 100% removes all my joint pain. I use it twice a day with no ill side effects and the taste is wonderful.

Very easy to use. Directions are to leave under tongue for 30 seconds. The flavor is pretty strong but I got used to it after a few days. Easy to swallow and the texture is a really light syrup consistency.

I’ve been using for a few months and the product works well. I have an old injury in the wrist area. I am a hairdresser and I use daily. 2 to 3 times a day. Also fast acting.
