Perfect and easy to take every day and great elderberry fruits tasting en plus, which adds a lot plus antioxidants, I see an improvement of my skin in my face, of approximately 40% of better elasticity and of my overall body I see an amelioration of at least 30 to 35% , since I’ve started taking them, approximately, 60 days ago but I’ve skipped a few days, plus I also take collagen in capsules and in powder formats also some other days. I love these though, these gummies format of collagen are my favorite, as additional collagen supplements.
