Last fall my cardiologist wanted to put me on statins but decided to see how I was doing in 6 months. I started taking Berbercol about a month ago and just had my cholesterol checked and it was down 20 points. I haven’t had any side effects and plan on continuing to take it daily. After major heart surgery, being put on meds that my system doesn’t like, I REFUSE to TAKE a STATIN ever again. Doctor finally gave me a small list of ideas without brand names. Through trial & error found that the red yeast rice vitamin is basically same as the Statin, caused me identical VERY BAD reactions. On his list he also had Berberine, which I was taking without a problem, but after trying Berbacol, I find this is better yet. I have twice the help for less the price. Citrus Bergamot 500 & Berberine 600. Google them each for yourself & you’ll see. Perfect together. I’ve now subscribed to it.

My system was not able to adjust to this product / bad stomach issues; but the company was very gracious and offered me a full refund.
Very nice to deal with.

Not off to a very good start with this stuff.
Bad stomach issues…… My system not loving this product ..
I basically eat the same stuff every day so I’m not looking at the food ..
I will give this product about a week to see if things change around… I will do another update in time

After much research, I chose Berbecol with Berberine to hopefully help to improve my lab work. However, I haven’t taken the supplement long enough to know yet. I’ll try to repost in the months to come.
I am impressed with the follow up from this small farm company. I have communicated with them a few times and feel that they are truly interested in my feedback. Hopefully, I will have good results to share.
