I have been taking this product for about 3 years. It reduces my joint pain, stops my excessive hair loss, and makes my nails grow better. Several times, I have run out and not been able to get more for a few days. Whenever that happens, my joint pain comes back in full force, and I regret letting my supply run out.

This is the best collagen. I have been taking it for 2 months already and I am beginning to see the results reflected on my hair and skin. Specially my hair is becoming thicker and abundant. Another aspect is that is very gentle to my digestive system unlike other brands I’ve tried before. The reason is that it is a marine base collagen.

I have been taking collagen for several months now and find that my skin and nails are much improved. I am 69 years old so I tend to have dry skin anyway but the collagen really helps my skin look “plumper”. My nails no longer peel. The only reason I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are large enough to be difficult to swallow. They are capsules though so could be worse. All in all, a very good product.
