At 5.3oz/150g you pay the same as many other brands that offer about 8+oz or about 250g. This comes packaged in a tin bottom canister (like you’d get cocktail peanuts) and has no scoop or desiccant pack. There was some sort of little apology note about the lid being white instead of purple, so whatever that’s about. The “30-day” supply is based on a 5g serving size, whereas most other brands go with a 10-20g serving size per day. It did dissolve well and was flavorless, but not a great value compared to others.

I loved the way this product delivered. The taste was way better than other collagen products I have had. Others have a distinct flavor and horrible smell and I used to just stomach it. This it really does have no flavor which makes it nice to mix with whatever you want to drink with it. Highly recommend. This company is also family run, and a great company to support.

Fortigel is a little different than your average collagen supplement. It uses a specific range of peptides with proven efficacy made through controlled hydrolysis. They seem to keep the exact nature of it a bit of a secret, but it has more research behind it for joints and connective tissue than any other collagen form i’ve found.
Clinical trials have confirmed improvements in mobility, joint pain, and it even promotes the growth of cartilage tissue. Regrowing cartilage is pretty incredible, because it’s generally accepted that cartilage can’t regenerate. But fortigel has multiple studies demonstrating that it can in fact, significantly help regrow cartilage. That alone is reason enough to start taking it for joint issues.
The study that showed cartilage regeneration actually used 10 grams per day, every day for a 6 month period. That can get expensive and is a long term commitment, but to actually regenerate cartilage is remarkable and much cheaper than a knee replacement if it works well enough. 5 grams a day has shown improvements with joint pain and mobility, so even if you take just the normal dose there should be benefits.
The taste is very neutral, dissolves easily, and is easily absorbed. They don’t add vitamin C to this powder, and Vitamin C is very important for collagen synthesis, so I taking this with fruit or a vitamin c pill, just to make sure the collagen is fully utilized by the body.

I noticed the benefits when I fell and the next day my tendon & ligament pain was minimal compared to previous incidents. An extra advantage, it has strengthened my nails!
I’m not a coffee drinker so, I put a spoonful in my heated soup. It disappears with no flavor added. My husband puts his in a cup of coffee daily. We’re hooked and it has become a daily addition to our supplements!

I’ve been a fan of Collagen supplements for a while for its benefits to skin, hair, nails and joints. My wife has arthritis and while collagen will neither stop nor reverse the symptoms, she is taking it to see if it will help in some way. Of course, she receives the other benefits mentioned as well.
This Collagen Powder by REGENOS is easy to take daily. Just 1 tablespoon mixed into juice or coffee or sprinkled and stirred into yogurt and you’ll have your daily dose of Collagen. Collagen is naturally occurring in our bodies, but decreases as we age.
I’m really glad I found this and it seems like a good value for what you get.

This Collagen Powder is truly Targeted for Joint Health. Have been adding 5grams of this Powder to my morning coffee. It mixes in so easily. In the first month I experienced real improvement in my Knee and Ankle joints. This Collagen Powder Works / Highly recommend it.

I’ve been taking collagen supplements in capsule form as a way to get started. I figured I was ready to start a regimen with a larger dose in powder form, and this brand seemed very promising. My daughter has been taking powdered collagen for years and I tried a few of the products she uses to get an idea of how easy they are to use and how well I would tolerate them. I didn’t experience any issues, so I’ve been taking this for a couple of weeks now. I was happy to find that there was just a slight scent to the product and it was not unpleasant at all. Even better, there is no taste. It dissolves easily in water or I can add it to my tea or food. I haven’t been using this long enough to notice any results + I am only using half of the suggested dose right now and will work my way up to the full dose. I use a measuring spoon as there is no scoop in the tin. I’ve been experiencing occasional pain in one of my knees, apparently as a result of my long daily walks (on top of a lifetime of wear & tear on my joints). I”m trying to maintain the mobility I currently have and prevent any more damage. I was interested to read some of the studies regarding the use of Fortigel (the main reason I chose this supplement) which is the complex of specific bioactive collagen peptides in this product; it has been elucidated & trademarked by the German company, Gelita). I started with some of the journal articles I found on PubMed. There are also some studies listed on the Regenos brand website.
I appreciate that this supplement is made in the USA, but apparently the facility is not GMP certified and Regenos does not provide very much information on their products beyond the basics. At $23.99 for a 30-day supply, I do think this is a rather pricey supplement, especially if the suggested dosage is taken (or more, as suggested in some of the studies, and I would definitely recommend doing at least some research on this subject).
