I don’t know yet,still too soon but my abdominal workout seems to be more defined being a small muscle group.UPDATE gave some to my dad he has diabetes and pain in his legs,he stated that the pain in his legs have subsided and he is able to walk further without fatigue now(yeah). update again Dad on his 2nd bag and is well aware if he forgets to take them( He feels more fatigued and has some leg pain). We are on our 3rd bag and seemed to help regulate my high B/P better 160/80 off it and 130/60 on it. My cognitive thought is improved especially in the morning and can grt more done.

Used for work out, energy – fight fatigue and keep the blood pressure down. Very impressed. Pills are all intact, not broken or smashed, neutral no bad taste, or after flavor. I was taking bulk Citrulline powder before but this is way easier. Breaking up 1,500mg multiple times during the day to keep level up. No issues and feel much better, I can tell on day 2. Surprised by the company as 1st-time purchase, way better than Bulk Supplements. Buy with confidence. Good value for 360 capsules.

I wish it was cheaper. But is a good product for energy and also for us males does a good job for your sexual libido. I like that it makes me hard as a rock in the morning. I usually take it before bed on a empty stomach. Oh man what great POWERFUL mornings. I wish the price was lower.
