Love this. I used the 4oz to refill my 2oz bottle and it has made a huge difference in my emotional/hormonal recovery. I found it very effective and can tell a difference when I take it. My friend who gave birth around the same time as me did not take it and is still dealing with hormone rebalancing where I feel I am already back in sync. 10/10! I also took the afterbirth before starting this tincture. I just squirt it in my mouth then take a drink immediately instead of putting in a glass of water.

I took this for 5 or 6 days so maybe not long enough to know for sure…I really searched it out just for the sleep benefits as that is where I am struggling. My mood hasn’t been too bad the first couple days I took 2 doses and loved it. Felt great and almost instantly felt like it was uplifting. The next two days I felt incredibly exhausted like drugged almost. I’m 5 wks postpartum so I just took it as sleep deprivation but the 2nd day of it it occurred to me that this could be causing it so I dropped down to just one dose. It had been helping me sleep those few days but the second and third day of one dose I got 2 hours of sleep both nights. I almost feel like I’m withdrawing from it but it is really hard to say for sure. It looks like it has mostly positive reviews so maybe just not for me.

Really love this brand!!!! I’ve been telling all my mom friends about Wish garden and their herbal remedies. This one in particular helped so much with balancing hormones after baby and when milk supply arrives. I would recommend taking right after baby and for a few weeks if not more.

I’ve only been taking this product for about a week and am seeing some changes already. One being my libido. We have a lot of kids, recently having had twins a few months ago. Wanted to try this product because postpartum is rough. Even though I am so dang tired from waking up with twins, I don’t get irritated by my husband and I actually want to be near him. Usually pp I’m more annoyed with this and don’t want anything to do with intimacy. So I think this is effective! Excited to see some other good side effects.
