Ive had cheap Chamomile tea, and these capsules kind of taste like a concentrated version of that.
I took two-supplies worth and didn’t notice a difference.

This flower pollen supplement from Force Factor is a natural product designed to support male prostate health and reduce frequent nighttime urination, a common complaint among older males. It is similar to Graminex, but whether it’s as effective remains to be seen. The bottle contains 60 capsules, each containing 500 mg of flower pollen extract. The label recommends taking one capsule a day, so the bottle contains a 2-month supply. It’s worth noting that the capsules are rather large and not the easiest to swallow, although I appreciate the larger size because it offers a more potent dose at a more cost-effective price.
Prior to trying this Force Factor supplement, I was taking two 500 mg capsules of Graminex daily, so I’ve decided to up my intake of this product to two a day. Since doing that last week, it seems to be more effective. This means the bottle will only last 30 days, so I plan to order a second bottle to complete a full two-month trial. Although flower pollen extract does not shrink the prostate, and it’s not clear how or why it works, multiple clinical studies have reported that it does decrease urinary frequency and nocturia (having to wake up and go at night).
This supplement is manufactured in the US in a GMP-certified facility, and it is vegan and non-GMO, with no artificial colors, flavors, or gelatin. The product emphasizes all-natural ingredients, and while it costs a few dollars more than similar products, the high-quality formulation justifies the price.

My first experience with a flower pollen extract used the Graminex® brand. That was very good, but expensive. The cost is what brought me to purchase the Force Factor version. It did not seem to be as effective.

My previous review was flagged so I’ll avoid mentioning any bodily functions or body parts. If you are having troubles that cause you to wake up at night this will help to lessen those symptoms. I have tried many supplements over the years and this one does work reasonably well, definitely better than most I’ve tried, but there are a few that have worked better.

This is a very good quality flower pollen, 500 mg capsule, support supplement to aid in prostate health. As men get older, the prostate can become a problem for many. This flower pollen supplement can aid in urination making it easier to go and also reduce the frequency of the bathroom trips. That should make it easier for a prolonged, restful, uninterrupted night’s sleep. Any time one can get quality, uninterrupted sleep is a blessing and this supplement just may be the key to providing that support. I really do think that it has helped me reduce my frequency and get a better night’s sleep. A better night’s rest is wonderful and makes for a far better day! This flower pollen supplement is also priced right making it very economical and inexpensive to take. Force Factor is also a very reputable company that you can trust.

I have been taking these, they don’t interact with any of my many medications. They don’t leave any aftertaste if you belch. I’m 35 and I just think it’s never too early to start thinking about this type of thing. If I can take something that might help, then I’m going to try it out at least once.
