There’s just some foods my body has difficulties digesting. I take 2 capsules after a couple bites of food and I’m set. I know I can not only enjoy my meal, but not have to fear the later affects of it. I’ve been using this digestive aid for years now!

I am a big probiotic user. Friend of mine recommended enzyme pills. Did some research and chose these. I love them and wouldn’t go a day without them. It helps with bloating and a noisy tummy. I recommend these to everyone.

After having my gallbladder removed in 2005, I developed severe bile reflux gastritis. My gastroenterologist put me on a bland diet and several medications. The meds were hit and miss and trying to stick to bland food, no caffeine, no alcohol, no chocolate SUCKED. A friend suggested trying digestive enzymes. Took awhile to wean off of Prilosec, but mega spectrum enzymes were a total game changer! Every once in awhile something I eat doesn’t agree with me but overall, these enzymes do the trick. Vitacost products are always quality and affordable. I was thrilled to be able to purchase them through Amazon. I’ve had a lot of issues ordering through the Vitacost app the last several months. Hopefully Amazon will continue carrying their products.
