Let me start with a bit of a warning. Per the label, these contain 30 mg of zinc per serving. I am not an expert, but from what I have read, going over about 40 mg of zinc per day can create health concerns. The RDA of zinc is somewhere around 11 or 13 mg. So, 30 seems like a pretty big dose, considering that you probably get zinc from your diet as well, I would say that these would take you pretty close to the limit of what is generally considered a safe dosage.
My solution is that I plan to take one gummy per day instead of two, cutting the zinc dosage in half to 15 mg. I think that will put me well within the safe limits. It is over the RDA, but I think that is OK because the body does not absorb 100% of what you get in supplements.
That is my personal opinion or judgment. I am not an expert, just giving an example of thinking this level dosage through.
Other than that issue, I like the significant amounts of magnesium and B12 in the gummy. I am a vegetarian, so getting enough B12 is a concern. B12 is water-soluble, so the body easily eliminates any excess.
The gummies have a grape flavor and are pretty pleasant to eat. Recommended, with the note about dosage. The ones I received are much darker in color than the ones shown on the product page, though that doesn’t matter to me and I doubt it would matter to anybody.

Taking supplements is just something you do, and eventually you just get used to taking them. Unless they taste really bad, then it becomes a chore. These aren’t the best tasting, but they are far from the worst. There is a slight chemical taste as soon as you pop them in, but it goes away and after that its a slightly sweet taste but also doesn’t chew or have the texture of a an actual gummy candy. It does have vitamins in addition to the zinc, turmeric, and magnesium so you get an added bonus unlike some other supplements. I give them 4 stars for the convenience and ease of consumption.

These Zinc and Magnesium gummies are a great find! The flavor is surprisingly good for being sugar-free and easy to include in my daily routine. I appreciate the addition of vitamins like B6, B12, and D3, along with turmeric. The gummies are a convenient way to support my post-workout recovery without hassle. Plus, the bottle lasts a while with 120 gummies. It’s a product I’m happy to keep on hand!

This covers my biggest supplements that I try consistently hit everyday all in a single product. Vitamin D3, Magnesium, and Zinc. The Flavor is actually strong which I like it gives me something to look forward to when eating this. For the D3 however if you need more than 1000IU then definitely don’t rely on this.
