I have no way to test whether this is legit or just a super cheap copy cat product. All I can say is the taste is god awful and I can’t tell any kind of benefit. In context I eat most vegetarian with a wide variety of whole plant foods and herbs so I’m probably not really lacking anything in the first place.

I give this product a 10 ,before taking the Shilagit Gummies I was feeling drained and just exhausted, now after my 12 hour shift I still feel great and ready to work out.
The gummies are delicious and easy to eat they desolve fast.
I will definitely be buying more of this brand over the rest not just for the value also for the guality of this product.

I’m using as extra conditioner. Scalp more nourished and not dry after shampoo. I feel different hair stumbles. I can see little more hair shadow on 00 blade cut. I will let grow little more next time before next cut.

Just like it is hard to describe what a fresh peach tastes like, it is hard to describe this. “Earthy” is too vague a word, perhaps causing some to equate “earthy” with “dirty”. I find it pleasantly unique, and generally ineffable in its flavor. Perhaps some coffee or wine tasters could “eff” it. Hope it is a healthy as it tastes!
