Most people are lacking magnesium. This is an easy affordable way to meet your needs. Use in my protein drink. Clumps unless I mix it with my protein powder before adding to my milk. Easy fix.

The new bags chemicals come in from Pure now smell awful and plasticky. That may seem irrelevant, but when you sell a chemical under the brand name Pure, it should not be contaminated by the packaging. The substance smells of the bag.

In order to prevent my legs from cramping, I chose the basic electrolyte substance bicarbonate. I don’t have to take it every day. I put it in pills every now and then. The quality of the powder is very good, but there was a crack in the packaging and a little spilled out. Fortunately, there was no loss.

Assuming this is what we believe it is, it works just fine. I utilize this along with Sodium Carbonate and sodium alginate to create a homemade antacid. Have been happy with the results.

I buy distilled water for our espresso machine to avoid scaling. I use a tiny bit of this stuff per gallon to add some minerals back to the water for flavor, tiny like 1/8 teaspoon per gallon (I use an accurate scale and weigh in grains, 5.9/gal.). Great tasting coffee and no descaling maintenance required. I have noticed that the powder does absorb moisture, so I might not get the full use of the bag, but if I do, there’s enough to make over 2,300 gallons of R Pavlis water. This would work fine for other types of coffee machines, too.
