This has a variety of different enzymes, including ones that will digest protein, starches, fats, and even gas-causing fibrous foods. It should help with digestion.
Here is my main issue. What is up with not sharing the strength of the different enzymes? I eat a lower-carb diet, which is higher in fats and proteins. I would like to know how much lipase, in particular, is in this blend, because enzyme formulas are often low in lipase. But, since it is “proprietary” the information isn’t available. Most enzyme products clearly label the activity of each enzyme. So, I took a star off for this.
