Started adding a TBLS and o hot tea daily in April. This product has made noticeable improvements to my hair and skin. I have bought many products from supplements to collagen. But this is the most effective addition. My hair looks the best it ever has. No exaggeration. Hairdresser even noticed the improvement in texture, thickness, and growth. It last a long time as well. Since I take many many supplements for my several autoimmune diseases, NOW Foods has proven the most consistent option for delivery product quality at reasonable prices. No problems and no complaints about their Selenium.

I am a big fan of NOW brand vitamins . . . they are high quality at an affordable price and always my first stop for supplements . . . usually my only stop.
This is the typical vitamin packaging . . . solid plastic with a pull off plastic tab similar to a milk carton. The capsules are standard size and were easy to swallow. Directions are to take 1 capsule with a meal. I found that I did need some food, my stomach would get a little wobbly if I take it empty with a glass of water like I do other supplements.
These do have a strange smell to them . . . not enough that I won’t take them but enough that I noticed.
