    Does what I purchased it for. It is somewhat big, but I swallow it with a mouthful of food so I don’t notice the size.

    What I like about this product is that it is organic and safe. I have enough neurological issues that having a clean product can make a difference. I also like that it is recyclable. I’ve repurposed the jars for other herbal supplements that I’ve had to make on my own for my personal health. What the product it’s self has done for me is help relieve my meditation or neurological induced TD( Tardive Dyskinesia). It’s a blessing. I’m sure there are many people out there that are experiencing something similar. Magnesium aspartate is good for you nervous system and I hope this supplement can help you. Thank you.

    Capsules are sometimes a bit difficult to swallow with water but go down much better with milk or orange juice. I have only been taking them for little over a week, so it is difficult to say what effect they will have on my leg cramps until an inventory of magnesium can build up in the muscles.

    My dr suggested these because of cramps in legs through the night. By the 2nd night I no longer get the cramps I was having.

    Most formulations of magnesium are based on its oxide, better known as milk of magnesia, which has a laxative effect. This variant of magnesium does not.
