I have been taking collagen for a couple years now and I have seen outstanding results in my skin. I won’t bore you with all the details here but if you are unfamiliar with the benefits of taking a collagen supplement I highly suggest that you do the research.
I have been taking this brand for about 2 weeks now and I already feel like it has helped my skin. I feel like my skin is glowing and it feels soft and smooth. This is great for the hair and nails as well but I haven’t been taking it long enough to see the long term results in that department but I feel pretty optimistic about it.
You don’t receive as high of a concentration of collagen peptides in this gummy supplement that you would if you were to take a powder but I find that taking these gummies are more pleasant and more convenient to prepare. With these gummies I don’t have to worry about measuring powders and mixing into liquids. They are quick and convenient for on the go.
What I like about this particular brand is the fact that they have also included 2500 mcg of biotin, which is also extremely powerful for your hair, skin, joints and nails.
These taste delicious. They taste like some kind of tangy fruit.
Hunting Creek –
I’ve been trying to take collagen powder, but there is only so much I can put in my cup of coffee and only so much coffee I can drink. A minimum therapeutic dose is generally considered to be 2.5 grams a day, and it maxes out at 15 grams. A scoop of powder will have a gram so you need two and a half of those big ol scoops to get the minimum dose. And if you don’t get up to that minimum, then there really isn’t a reason to take it at all.
So I got these supplements to help get me past a minimum dosage so maybe I can get some results!
I’ll be honest, I wouldn’t generally do gummies or other solid forms of collagen because it isn’t absorbed as well as powder and there are more fillers. BUT even if it isn’t as perfect as powder, it still helps, and I’m using this to boost my powder intake.
And these are yummy! I was bracing myself for a weird taste, but they are on the level of quality orange candy. I take them after lunch to cleanse my palate and freshen up. They are like my little magic dessert.
Two gummies is 200mg of collagen, which is .2 grams. So, realistically this isn’t going to make any changes on it’s own at such a small dose, but it works well with other sources of collagen.
The small dosage is why I’m giving it 4 stars, but I will note that it also has Vitamin C, E, B7, and zinc. If you are using it as part of a collagen plan, then it is great!

Glad they tasted good. They were super sticky though. I didn’t finish the bottoms for that reason. It was sensory overload for me. Even if they coated it in a citric acid mixture to keep them from sticking it would’ve been great.

These are easy to take and tastes really good probably the best tasting gummies I have ever tried. I took these for a month and enjoyed the nicely flavored gummies. I don’t think it’s possible to evaluate the impact on my hair, skin, or nails in only 30 days, but I haven’t noticed a difference. Please note that these yummy gummies contain 4g of sugar if that’s important to you. I think they are a little over-priced, especially since I don’t see an impact.

I personally didn’t have a good experience. My nails got brittle while taking these and didn’t know any good outcome with these.

These orange flavored collagen gummies are delicious, and you only need 2 per day. Many collagen pills require you take 3 a day and I don’t like eating too many capsules. My hair, skin, and nails have already improved over the past year with the Marine Collagen Powder by Collagen for Her. These gummies are a nice addition or substitute.

These marine collagen gummies are just what I was looking for. I use collagen every day and sometimes get tired of the powdered form, or just don’t want to travel with it. These gummies are easy to take and are very convenient. Taste good and I like that they have biotin in them too.
