    This helped my acid reflux. I took 5 per big meal if eating protein.You have to read up on this stuff to figure out your dosage.Their are plenty of sights to read about this.

    This product changed my bowels for the better. I’ve been chronically constipated for years and betaine hcl has completely fixed my guts. This brand seems more effective at the same dose than my last brand, so I actually take less. Great value.

    I’ve been using Now brand HCL with Betaine since 2006. I took the heidleburg test to check my stomach acid level at the tahoma clinic in Kent WA. This item has turned my life around and I have recovered. I can’t say enough about this product which I use with every meal.

    Completely unhappy with this product as it is now. My wife has been using the porcine based version made by NOW for years, and we were surprised to see that the new product recipe has changed. Not only does the product no longer work for my wife, but it makes her physically sick after taking it.

    I tried to return the product after seeing the recipe change, and was told that the product is not returnable. Extremely unhappy, frustrated and disgusted.
