This is a digestive enzyme with a food blend of quinoa sprouts, fennel seeds, rose hips, bell peppers and carrots. This product is GMP certified, which is a must when buying a supplement. PuraDyme Lipase is also nut, dairy, soy, gluten and GMO free.
PuraDyme Lipase has shown and may help with digestion. Do your own research if Lipase can help you break down and digest fats and oils in your diet. There is nothing artificial in the ingredients list.

The product smelled stale compared to fresh enzymes I have bought directly from the Puradyme website. This is a shame. And a sham. I am going to use what is in the bottle to see what benefit I can glean from the product. Puradyme if you’re reading this I am only buying from your website from now on. Date of delivery is January 2019. Manufactured December 2017. These are enzymes people. Their enzymes are good, just not when they’re old.

This enzyme supplement is supposed to help break down fats and oils in foods so they can be more readily absorbed in our intestines.
There is nothing artificial in the ingredients list and the recommended intake is four capsules per day on an empty stomach.
I have taken this for close to two weeks now with no issues. I feel good with my digestive health and will continue to use these.
