It took about 4 weeks before I noticed some relief from the sciatic pain (from 2 slipped discs) and the hip pain (from arthritis in both hips.) Relief started gradually. It was highly recommended by a colon hydro therapist for my fibroids. It is kind of pricey but tried from desperation.
I have been postponing having surgery to remove them, and when someone recommend anything to reduce the size of my fibroids, I have to try it.
It did not do anything. Waste of money.

I was suffering from the side effects of the prescription strength painkillers I was given to deal with my recovery from shoulder surgery, including constipation and generally dopiness. Within two weeks I no longer felt like I was about to have a car accident every time I needed to drive somewhere. Following my recovery I got back on it for its cholestrol lowering properties due to the included Nattokinase (fermented soybean enzyme)
You may have to find your optimal does as 3 a day was a bit too much in my case

Simply put……….I have a bum knee.
