I bought this product specifically because it advertises L-Threonate as an ingredient in the Magnesium complex.
However, this ingredient is missing from the ingredients list on the actual product.

Great tasting and easy to take daily

I intermittently have a lot of trouble with insomnia and I’ve tried several things to help with it. My typical go-to combo is melatonin and trazodone, but I really wanted to get off of the prescription med. Magnesium can sometimes help with sleep (particularly magnesium glycinate which is the most well absorbed molecular form of magnesium, compared to mag oxide and mag citrate which are the other most common molecular forms). Because mag glycinate is the best absorbed, supplements containing this tend to be more expensive than other forms of magnesium, which is why I thought this complex gummy could be a nice option (it’s actually a combo of mag glycinate and mag oxide, when you read the label — it’s common for vitamins to be complexed like this). The serving size is two gummies, they are yellow just as shown in the pics and they taste like pineapple/sweet citrus fruit. Frankly, they are as delicious as any other gummy vitamin so I don’t mind taking them at all, but I’m not sure I’ve noted much difference in my sleep? Granted I’ve only taken them a handful of times now, and my sleep schedule gets messed up every 4 days (I am a med resident and have to work 28hr long shifts every 4-6 days). So perhaps that’s why it’s difficult to note a pattern or not. Nevertheless, I will continue trying to take them, but just note that one bottle contains only 60 gummies (30 servings), so if you take them every night you will run out in a month. That could potentially add up, but if you don’t take them nightly you could stretch it a bit. Just be mindful that if you also take daily magnesium to prevent migraines (also an established use for mag), you do need to take it daily and not miss doses, so you would need to get new bottles monthly vs. use an alt source of magnesium (i.e. mag oxide or mag citrate which are both a little cheaper). Will add an update if I notice a stronger pattern with sleep benefits over time.

I used to get serious leg cramps when I returned from dancing and settled in for the night. Often, I’d feel the beginning of tingling in my legs and immediately I’d develop serious cramps in my calves and thighs. I’d hobble into the bathroom and hurriedly mix up a big dose of CALM to quell the cramps. Unfortunately, the aftermath would be gastric distress if I inadvertently took a bit too much. I take two before dancing and perhaps one afterward, if I dance for many hours. I could not be any happier with the results. They taste great, I have not had any cramps, at all, after dancing and zero gastric problems. I highly recommend taking these and the only problem I’ve had is making sure they are available because sometimes they are out of stock. I have a recurring order and now I’m never without. I highly recommend these without reservation.
