It’s painfully expensive…! But it is the one form of collagen that I can always trust my body to digest (most sources make me feel like I’ve been poisoned, I don’t digest protein well). And it’s nice that I get the boost of extra ingredients that are present in jellyfish collagen (all the vitamins and minerals).
I haven’t yet assessed if this product is different from buying freeze dried jellyfish from a grocery store, and putting it through a food processor and putting it into capsules. I will be trying that over the next month or two and will report back if I remember to!
No noticeable effects yet but I didn’t expect to see any after 1 bottle. I’d expect it more after 4-6 months of consistent use. So far I’m just very happy to digest it well.

I have been looking for a collagen supplement that isn’t from cows or fish. At first I was skeptical because I thought it would have a bad smell, but it doesn’t at all. I do feel like it’s helping my brain fog too to be honest.
