They taste good and are very easy to take. Parkinson patient has trouble swallowing large pills.

I really needed to find good magnesium to help me to sleep. The flavor is not my favorite but it works. You can have just half gummy per night .

I got these gummies and they were actually wonderful. The taste was really nice and the fact they were gummies instead of a tablet is what won me over too. Shipping was fairly quick. The one thing that I do have an issue with, is that I don’t remember paying this price when I first bought them. I guess with all the hype of magnesium glycinate ,the price has increased. I am happy with the purchase, but not so happy with the price but I guess with it being a good product, the inevitable price increase was bound to happen.

It was suggested to take these nightly for better sleep. Sadly they did not provide any benefit.
The flavor is okay.
The texture gets worse over time. The longer the bottle is open, the stickier they feel.
Not helpful for me.

My sister in law recommended a magnesium supplement for my autistic teen son who has really been struggling lately at school and at home with aggression, agitation, stimming, unable to calm his brain down, vocally repeating the same phrases over and over again, like hundreds of times, if not more and being overly withdrawn. We were talking about possibly medicating him when she brought up supplements that I knew nothing about. After reading and researching a little, I decided on this product. He’s been on them for a week and the improvement has been remarkable. He’s calm, zero meltdowns, no aggression or behaviors in school, he’s SMILING, and his brain is calming down, it’s very easy to notice these changes, and I couldn’t be happier. The only slight issue is with the added melatonin, he’s been a little sleepy and is napping periodically which he’s never, ever done. However, I like that during that time, his brain is resting and he is calm. Hopefully a little adjustment period and he’ll be ok. He’s falling asleep quickly in the evenings, as we started giving these to him one hour before his bedtime. Just worth mentioning, he’s 17, 150 lbs, and we are giving him ONE GUMMY. The recommended dose is two gummies.

Gave it a few weeks before deciding on how I feel about the product, but I started noticing improvements in stress and ease of sleep off the bat. Felt more rested and less stressed after using these supplements. Definitely recommend.

I doubted it…but it really works. I start to go into deep relaxation about 20 minutes after taking and if I go to bed within 30 minutes of taking…works like a charm. You can miss the window though. If you’re taking for sleep, you really need to be snug in bed within 30 minutes for it to work it’s magic.

It makes me go.. great value! I just felt much better after taking them. The jar was sealed properly and the product came undamaged.
