I should have used his product before I stared taking the Ashwagandha 2100MG. Milk Thistle is a good liver cleanse, and everyone needs to do this once a year. If you look up Silymarin you will find out how important this is. I can tell you from experience I use both these products. Doctors could learn a lot if they bought a few health books and actually read them. Both these products work and have replaced the costly prescriptions drugs I was put on. Read what I said about Ashwagandha 2100MG And I am an actual person.

I had a fatty liver and high levels of bilirubin for over ten years. I started taking this pills and the last time i went to the doctor, i had normal levels of billirubin and my fatty liver was not an issue anymore. Keep in mind im NOT a health care provider, nor a Doctor, and would not give health advise to anyone. I only buy this brand for my milk thistle. I have purchased this for many years and have never been disappointed. Works wonders especially if you take a lot of supplements or work out aids. Keep that liver safe from all the pre workout aids and over use of supplements.

I was feeling pain in all my body, fibromyalgia pain alike. It look like I may had mecury poisoning, Awful, I just can’t keep going with my normal routines and I started to feel down. I made several researching and found this product. I took the chance and I do not regret it. I started feeling better and better every day!!! I’m doing all my activities with more energy and no pain. The only thing that you need to be aware of, is that this pill needs to go with lots of water, I feel very dehydrated every time. But I’m very happy for the results. I know that every single body works different, but this is my experience with this particular product. My hopes are that it works for you too!!!

This is a solid purchase because of its quality. The brand, Nature’s Way, really delivers on its promise. The effectiveness could be improved a bit but, hey, no product is perfect, right? Overall, I think it’s super great! It’s value for money and quality all rolled into one. So, if you’re looking for a Milk Thistle supplement, give this a try!

My liver enzymes were elevated by about 25%. Don’t ask why. I started taking this a few years ago, and when I had my next annual blood work done (roughly 9 months later, my enzymes were in the middle of the normal range. This was five years ago. I still take it every day, and my numbers have not changed. I think this also made my skin look more healthy.
