I’ve been taking at least 200mcg selenium since when I was in 20’s when I found that it helps for immune system. I always saw in articles that you don’t want to have yeast on selenium supplements, and good to know that this doesn’t have it. If you are vegan, this doesn’t use any ingredients that are sorced from animals. The bottle is so big considering how little space the contents use, and I hope this container was a bit smaller for portability. It has very strong smell, which is not pleasant, but I just swallow it without breathing a bit, followed by something tasty to drink. It has kind of bad after taste so you might want to take it with meals, IMO.

Arrived on time. Easy to swallow, doesn’t irritate. This product was purchased for my uncle who’s immune compromised and he needed some supplements to boost his immune system and it has been a while since he started taking it and so far no symptoms that his immune system was getting affected.

Read up on selenium over the last few months decided to purchase some here on Amazon this was probably the most affordable option. The reviews were good so I tried it and I can honestly say it’s a great product. Easy to take and I plan to purchase more once I run out. I’m already seeing results.

I’m sure it is a great addition to my daily supplements but it smells so bad that I can’t put it in with all the other vitamins. I suppose it is OK to keep it separate but it is a little inconvenient.

Hard for me to rate supplements in general, as i’m not a scientist or anything, but overall i feel better while taking these daily, but i’m sure it’s mostly mental. I have used other Force Factor supplements, and i’ve never had a complaint with quality. These pills are very easy to swallow, but i do find it annoying that the bottle is SOOO large for how small the pills are. All of the pills take up like 20% of the bottle’s overall capacity. This feels like a waste and now i have a large bottle taking up room in my medicine cabinet.
