The Hylands women’s multi +pms rescue is not perfect. There is a weird smell. I do not like the the “other” ingredients as listed on bottle “ Hypromellose (capsule), Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Zinc Oxide (color).”
BUT! I did like the supplement facts and herbal blend used.
I notice a huge difference in my overall wellness. I slept a little better, had more energy, clear head, less fatigue. Nice vitamin.

These are the only multivitamins that do not upset my stomach or feel like it’s stuck in my stomach. It really does help with menstrual pain, and works immediately when it comes to your vitamin needs. It’s very easy for me too swallow these and does not taste bad because they are made with veggie capsules. I take it with food in the morning.

I love this multivitamin. It helps my monthly cycle sooo much. I debated on giving a 4 or 5 star though because it doesn’t have vitamin C. I went with 5 because of how much it helps my cramps. I would have to take copious amounts of ibuprofen and midol but the last three months have been such a breeze! Definitely recommend!

These work for me. They give me a little boost especially around that certain time of the month. No weird side effects. The only thing when you open them there is a mild fragrance from the herbal ingredients but that’s expected. I take one with lunch to minimize tummy upset.

These were definitely worth the value for me. There was no taste and it was easy to swallow and easy on the stomach. The capsules are a little big but they’re functional and high quality. They didn’t do much for cramps but they were a life saver for mood swings and depression.

I’ve been taking these almost a week and since stating them I’ve had non stop upset and gassy stomach. They also smell HORRIBLE. I plan on stopping them today to confirm effect on stomach. This would t be the first instance for me with a multivitamin. Also have had horrible night sweats out of nowhere.
UPDATE: stopping these vitamins resolved my upset stomach and sweats. Will return to my previous PMS supplements.
