My diet is a mess, a lot of it is whatever I can get on the road with the goal of avoiding as much fast food as possible. As a result I regularly take a pre and probiotics, enzymes like these are like the ringer I call in to win the fight going on in my stomach when I’ve been bad. I’m okay with the 3 tablet dosage but I think they could get them into 2 capsules.
These tablets aren’t coated, so they taste spicy/acidic and that is the largest turnoff, it’s not bad or distasteful but I prefer not to taste pills I’m taking. It doesn’t repeat but I taste them for a good 10 minutes after and then it’s gone. I’ve had krill oil that was really fishy that was way worse than this, so it’s not THAT bad. It’s an easy 4-5 star product if they could consolidate it into 1-2 capsules but I’d settle for a light coating that survived swallowing but not much else after.

prebiotic multi-enzyme were recommended to me for some stomach issues I was having in general and when I am going to eat a more carb heavy meal. so I bought these and they help really well before those meals. The next morning everything goes easy if you know what I mean. I take a prebiotic in the morning.These are almost like those laxative chews the next day for me.

Seems like a good product. My digestion has felt better than usual when I take these tablets with a meal. I especially like that ox bile and betaine are included. Those two things are often absent from enzyme supplements. This product also contains acidophilus. I almost couldn’t find it listed on the nutritional label of the bottle, but it is listed under ingredients without stating the amount. That’s okay, my prime interest is enzymes, and the probiotic is just an added plus. The main issue I have is that the bottle was not sealed properly. There was a very truncated defective outer seal which did not reach around the neck of the bottle. The plastic outer seal extended maybe a maximum of one millimeter beyond the cap, and there was no discernible resistance when opening for the first time. Also, the inner seal was not intact. This alarmed me and I searched for an explanation. Upon close examination of the inside of the cap, I noticed the inner seal was stuck to the cap. I pulled it out and noticed it appeared to have stuck to the cap in one little area, probably from a stray dab of adhesive. So, I don’t believe there was tampering, probably just a quality control issue with packaging. I normally wouldn’t try an unsealed product, but these are coated tablets, not capsules, and everything seemed fine. The product gets five stars, but I had to remove one star for faulty sealing.

Over all I like this product, helps with my digestion and keep me fuller longer. Only 1 negative thing I can say is I don’t like the kind of tablets for me they are hard to swallow. I recommend getting them they work and you get 200 tablets for a great price
