First, I am so grateful to the reviewers who dig into the nuts and bolts of a supplement like this, looking at the proportions of each enzyme and the company itself. You folks provide the information-driven reviews that are most meaningful, and I love you for it!
As for me, I’m probably more of a typical user. I usually don’t take digestive enzymes unless I’m eating a meal that I know is likely to stir up digestive issues–pizza, for example. I don’t take one every day, because most days my digestion is just fine. But give me the wrong thing for dinner and I’m up at 2:00 AM bargaining with the gods of digestive health and vowing I’ll never eat that much cheese again.
It may not be the right way to use this supplement, but it may be the most common way it is used (I don’t really know, as I’ve never done a survey).
So long story short, these guys pass the pizza test. If I eat something potentially troublesome and pop one or two of these with my meal, I’m confident I will suffer no serious sleep disruptions.
Again, this review is not intended to diminish the research and critique from others. We’re putting stuff in our bodies here, and the supplement industry is notoriously under-regulated and opaque. It’s kinda scary. But when it comes to results, I have no complaint about this particular digestive enzyme brand.

I received these TransformHQ Digestive Enzymes Supplement as part of a promotion. Here is what I found:
1. There are a whole lot of “ases” in here.
2. The main ones the pancreas secretes are amylase, protease and lipase. These help break down complex carbs, protein and fat, respectively. These are all listed here.
3. This also contains alpha-galactosidase which helps break down non-absorbable fiber like beans and root vegetables.
4. It also has the one that most people might be familiar with which is lactase for lactose intolerance.
5. It also has a whole host of other enzymes.
6. So you are getting a pretty good mix it looks like.
7. I liked that it is only one capsule per day. Since there are 120 capsules, that is a 4 month supply. I have seen several other enzymes priced higher than that.
8. The capsule was easy to swallow, and I personally, did not experience an aftertaste.
9. This might be overkill, but I took this with a fiber supplement which is my prebiotic of choice. Get in a good digestive enzyme with my prebiotic.
10. I did make sure to drink plenty, plenty of water with it. Fortunately, I like the taste of water, so that is not a problem for me. By plenty, I drink about 20 ounces with this. Partly for the digestive enzyme and partly for the fiber supplement. I have found that the more liquid I take with a fiber supplement, the less gas it produces. Since the digestive enzyme should help with gas and bloating, I was hoping for a win-win situation there.
11. After a couple of weeks of use, I have noticed some decrease in my bloating and gas.
12. These have not caused me any stomach upset. Thumbs up to that.
13. I know that one of the keys is going to be consistent use of a digestive enzyme, and I have to say that with this brand, it has been so far so good.
I appreciate that the seller lists the enzymes right in the product listing. That way, you know what you are getting even before you buy it. I recently got a supplement that had an ingredient that I cannot take. If the ingredients had been as clearly listed as these, I would have been able to save myself some trouble. I don’t really have anything negative to report about these.

Great ingredients. You can’t just take a digestive enzyme labeled pill anymore as the pill makers get carried away with what they stick in. Leave the probiotics and betene for people looking to long term fix flora or stomach acid, not digest their current fast food meal. No cramps no gas, good digestive enzyme.

Good enzymes, they’re working for me. The capsules are easy to swallow, nothing odd or off putting about them. They haven’t given me any side effects. So far so good!

These TransformHQ Digestive Enzymes Supplements come in a bottle of 120 capsules that are 620 mgs each. The serving size is one capsule. I’ve been taking another brand of digestive enzymes during or immediately after eating meals that I know won’t agree with me. It seems to make a big difference in how my gut feels during digestion. When I saw these on Amazon, I thought I might give them a try.
Since efficacy is mostly subjective, and you will hear much about that from other reviewers, I mainly focus my reviews on researching the maker, who actually makes the product, and how transparent they are with the public.
-Upon inspecting the bottle, it comes with double safety seals for protection.
-There is very little odor associated with the capsules.
-I counted 123 capsules inside.
-I cut one capsule in half and it was full of content that was as fine as flour, yet had a little bit of grittiness to it. The taste of the contents, though not too disagreeable, makes me glad they come in an unflavored capsule.
-TransformHQ supplies a location address of 1551 S 400 E American Fork, UT 84003. An internet search shows a large warehouse located on this site that has TransformHQ pinned to the map. It is also attached to a Nutricost warehouse and distribution facility. Nutricost is a large vitamin and supplement maker in Utah. I would assume that TransformHQ uses them as the manufacturer of this product. If so, that is good news to me, as I use Nutricost products.
-TransformHQ has a website listed on the bottle that is heavy on supplement and program sales and very light on information about who they are. I prefer more details about the company so that I may decide how trustworthy they are.
-The company is not accredited by the BBB.
